个人简历

强志民,中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者。1994、1996年分获同济大学学士、硕士学位,2002年获美国特拉华大学博士学位,2001至2006年在美国密苏里科技大学担任博士后、研究助理教授和研究副教授,2006年7月引进到中国科学院生态环境研究中心工作。现任中国科学院饮用水科学与技术重点实验室副主任,兼任美国密苏里科技大学兼职教授,J. Hazard. Toxic Radioact. Waste副主编,美国注册工程师。主要研究领域为新型污染物控制、水深度处理、供水管网漏损控制,主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、国家水专项、中国科学院、国际合作等20余个科研项目,是国家创新研究群体“环境微界面过程与污染控制研究”的核心骨干。发表SCI论文110篇(SCI他引2500余次,H index = 25),中文核心期刊论文50篇,授权国家发明专利5项。

工程应用

  1. 提出了特大型环状供水管网的DMA分区原则和规划方案,应用于北京市供水管网的DMA分区实践。
  2. 开发了UV强度分布原位测试平台,为北京安力斯公司UV反应器的优化设计和佛山光电公司新型汞齐灯的研发提供精确测试。
  3. 开发了CFD模拟程序和三参数智能监控系统,研制了高效UV消毒器,应用于郑州市维也纳森林、中原新城、正商颍河港湾等数个高层住宅小区的二次供水消毒。
  4. 开发了UV/H2O2饮用水深度处理工艺,在上海市“青草沙水源给水技术与装备验证基地”完成了技术示范,可高效去除水中的抗生素等微量污染物。
  5. 提出了循环海水养殖系统中消毒副产物的控制方案,开发了新型的异养-自养串联生物脱氮工艺,应用于北京海洋馆。
